Aileen Payne has been in banking for 43 years, working at locations from New Orleans, Louisiana to Lakeland, Fl. Aileen has performed in rolls across different financial institutions throughout her career such as a Teller, New Account Representative, Operations Supervisor, District Teller Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager, and VP Senior Community Relationship Manager. Aileen has been with Bank of Central Florida for 9 years after coming from a national bank where she worked for 26 years.
Aileen is currently a member of the Polk County Veteran Council, as well as the Committee of Flight to Honor. She’s a graduate of Leadership Winter Haven XXVI, and has served as Kiwanis New Orientation Committee Chair, as well as being on Kiwanis board. Aileen has also been a board member for We Care of Central Florida, Southwest Elementary School, VISTE, and the Lakeland Realtor Association. Aileen is also credited as a creator of the Gold Star Military Ministry to honor families of fallen military.
