Mr. Ruthven serves as CEO and chairman of the board at The Ruthvens, a real estate development firm specializing in industrial warehouse space in Lakeland. The firm currently owns approximately four million square feet of industrial and commercial space and currently serves over three hundred tenants. The Ruthvens is a family owned business residing in Lakeland and was established in 1957.
